Ticketing

What are the payment options?
All payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer.

 

How do I get my tickets?
After payment has been received, we will send a confirmation email. This confirmation email will serve as proof of payment and admission to the event.

 

I paid but have not received my confirmation email.  What should I do?
If you have placed your order or made your payment and have not heard from us, please email: cirque@oogachaga.com with your name and contact details.

 

Is my purchase or donation tax exempt or tax deductible?
Oogachaga is a non-profit entity under Spaces Counselling and Community Limited, a registered charity in Singapore, so we can legally accept donations, local and foreign.  However, your purchases or donations are not tax exempt as we do not have Institution of Public Character (IPC) status.

 

May I pass my ticket(s) to someone else if I can’t attend?
Yes.  Please email us at cirque@oogachaga.com with the name, email address  and contact number of the replacement guest(s) so that we can keep them updated.

 

May I request a refund on my ticket(s) if I can’t attend?
Yes.  Please email us at cirque@oogachaga.com with your name and contact number for any refund requests. Please note the following refund deadlines:

  1. Refund requests received by 25 July 2017 – 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.
  2. Refund requests received by 8 August 2017 – 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
  3. Refund requests received after 8 August 2017 – No refund is allowed.

Please note that we will process all refund requests 1 month after the event, by 25 September 2017.

Attending the Gala

When will it be held and and what time will it start?

The Gala will be held on 25 August 2017, Friday. The pre-dinner drinks reception will start at 7pm, with dinner served at 7.30pm. We expect the Gala to end at 10pm. We seek your understanding in advance if there is a slight adjustment to the programme.

 

Where will it be held?
The Gala will be held at the Carlton Hotel Singapore, 76 Bras Basah Rd, Singapore 189558. Please see the map for its location. The nearest MRT stations are: City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut or Bugis.

 

What is the menu for the Gala?
It will be a 4-course western dinner. Please see the menus below:

Can I request  for a special meal?
Yes, please indicate on the online order form and our team will contact you about this. We are only able to provide the following options: Vegetarian, Halal or No Pork/ No Lard.

 

Where can I park?
Parking is available within the Carlton Hotel, at your own cost.

 

Are children allowed?
Cirque du so Glam is a family-friendly event, and children are welcome. Please let us know if you need a child’s seat.

 

What is the theme or dress code?
The theme is “Circus” so it would be great if you would dress up for it! Otherwise, we would greatly appreciate it if you could please dress smartly but casually for the dinner.

 

Who can attend?
Anyone who has purchased a ticket can attend, as it is a ticketed and private fundraising event organised by Oogachaga, a registered non-profit entity.

 

Will there be videography and photography?
Our crew will be filming and taking photographs at the Gala. These videos and photographs may be used by Oogachaga for future publicity. Please inform the crew if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed. However, we seek your understanding that due to the nature of the event, it is might not always be possible to avoid filming or photographing you completely.

 

How will I be updated of any changes?
